Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 7:30am to 11:30am.
Payments made after 5pm on the 5th will be assessed a penalty.
Past due payments not received by 5pm on the 15th of the month are subject to disconnect and additional fees will be assessed on the 16th. Once an account has been disconnected due to non-payment, account balance
must be brought to zero (current due, past due, additional fees) and is ineligable for online payments.
